22 November 2025, Cagayan de Oro City -- MicroSourcing Chief Executive Officer Haidee Enriquez visited Cagayan de Oro City and paid a courtesy call to Mayor Rolando A. Uy during the Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Barangay (KSB) in Barangay Indahag. She and a member of the company's local team, Ms. Charmanne Patriana were met and escorted to the KSB venue by Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer (LEDIPO) John W. Asuncion, together with members of the Oro-Trade and Investment Promotions Center (Oro-TIPC) staff.
The KSB is a fulfillment of Mayor Uy’s promise to bring the city government closer to the people by having the entire bureaucracy go to different barangays every Saturday, allowing residents to access essential services conveniently, without needing to leave their community.
While this is not her first meeting with the Mayor, Ms. Enriquez’s visit underscores MicroSourcing’s commitment to maintaining close engagement with local governments in the communities where they operate. The firm has even been donating school supplies to hinterland barangays in Cagayan de Oro, most recently in Barangay Tumpagon. She expressed particular enthusiasm in helping connect with and support the development and promotion of the city’s creative industries.
MicroSourcing is widely recognized as one of the largest, and fastest-expanding business process management (BPM) service providers in the Philippines with more than 10,000 employees, 13 offices nationwide, and over 1000 active clients globally. The establishment of their Cagayan de Oro office last year marks a significant milestone in the company's nationwide expansion, reflecting confidence in the city’s talent pool, business environment, and competitiveness as an IT-BPM hub in Mindanao.
Ms. Enriquez, a respected leader in the BPM sector, has been instrumental in championing people development and countryside expansion not just for her company but the sector as a whole.
The City Government of Cagayan de Oro welcomes MicroSourcing’s continued engagement and looks forward to long-term collaboration toward job generation, innovation, and sustainable economic development.n
