3 October 2022--Cagayan de Oro City was again named a finalist in the highly urbanized cities (HUCs) outside the National Capital Region (NCR) in the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (PCCI) Annual Search for Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit (LGU).

A team led by Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando "Klarex" A. Uy, faced a panel interview just this afternoon.

The team was composed of City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario P. Raagas, Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer (LEDIPO) John W. Asuncion, City Government Consultant for Trade and Investment Promotions Eileen E. San Juan, Assistant City Treasurer for Operations Engr. Leonil G. Mistula, Public Employment Services Office Manager Kathleen Kate D. Sorilla, and City Health Officer Dr. Rachel D. Dilla.
