Mayor Oscar Moreno welcomed the delegates from Gwangyang, Korea upon their arrival for the Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for Substantial Exchanges between Cagayan de Oro City and Gwangyang, Korea, November 6, 2019 at Luxe Hotel this city.
The visit, headed by Gwangyang Mayor Jeong Hyunbok, aims to strengthen friendship and boost bilateral cooperation with Gwangyang in various fields including economy, culture and education.
Gwangyang is a sister city of Cagayan de Oro.
